The Process is very simple! Click on the Form Page, and Fill in the Blanks.  You may then Select the Background for CD or DVD from the Web Store, and if you would like your Family Crest included in the Main Field, upload your logo or email it to us at Sales@logodisc.com,  in a minimum 300 DPI form in the correct Print Size.
